Always stand up for yourself, even when it means standing alone

I started this Blog to build awareness to a Disorder that I, like most everyone I know, knew nothing about. I have heard of Narcissism and knew little about this, too. Covert (NPD) Narcissistic Personality Disorder is REAL. It is a Disorder of the mind that captures its victim and sucks the life out of it like a vampire. Leaving them dead inside, addicted (Trauma Bonded) and very confused (Cognitive Dissonance). I know. I lived this for 16 years and had no idea what was happening to me.

When we think of “victims”, we think of weak women that are physically and or verbally abused. Right? That is what I thought of anyway. This was not the case with me. This is not the case with anyone in a relationship with a person with such a disorder. It is Covert, Sinister, and frankly borderline psychotic…….
